Christopher C. Roland
Ed.D Christopher C. Roland,
Dr. Christopher C. Roland is Founder and Managing Principal for RDA. His professional experience includes Planning & Training Specialist at the University of New Hampshire, Lecturer at Boston University, and Organizational Development Specialist at the Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, NH. For the past seventeen years, Chris has worked with people and their teams to develop and enhance trusting collaborative relationships which lead to increased work satisfaction and productivity. He is especially passionate about RDA's developing "Vector" model - one which utilizes community service projects as experiential learning platforms for individual, team and organizational growth.
Chris is also a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer, certified to administer and interpret the Adversity Response Profile (ARP), a qualified Reina Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace consultant/facilitator and a certified Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intellegence consultant.
Chris received his doctorate in education from Boston University. His publications include Insights into Improving Organizational Performance, and Do It...and Understand! The Bottom Line on Corporate Experiential Learning.
