Dennis Devine received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1997 from Michigan State University. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and a Research Associate for RDA with interests in group decision making and team effectiveness...

His professional interests include examining ways to improve group decision-making and work team effectiveness, as well as designing customized survey/questionnaire instruments and providing state-of-the-art, user-friendly data analyses.

He has consulted with Eli Lilly and Company on matters related to team development, and his published research has appeared in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Simulation & Gaming, Small Group Research, and Group Dynamics:  Theory, Research, and Practice.

Dennis has been a Research Associate for RDA since 2000, where he was instrumental in a Knowledge Management project and developing the Team Effectiveness Scorecard™ and the Informal Role Survey.  He has also co-facilitated Knowledge Management and Informal Role/MBTI workshops and seminars.
