She has coached individual clients, led professional training programs and workshops, facilitated brainstorming and team-building sessions with international public officials, executives, expatriates, scientists, educators and students.

Isabelle holds a dual Maîtrise in Management and Communication from the Université de Paris II (1986.) She completed Masters Degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MCP, 1988) and from the Fletcher School at Tufts University (MALD, 1992 and Ph.D. ABD, 1996). She authors The Intercultural Corner, a regular feature in the Boston Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce publication, Le Courrier and co-chairs the vice-presidency of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable.

Isabelle is originally from Tunisia and has lived in Sub-Saharan Africa and Boston, Massachusetts.
