For more than 25 years John led successful teams responsible for production planning; moving production and distribution from old to new premises; and teams dealing with employee issues. He has managed "troubled teams" leading them through major changes in work practices and into improved working environments. John has led several initiatives around organisational change and specific new business ventures.
His thesis on Executive Stress at Mid-Career (with emphasis on the work/home interface), earned him an MPhil. John has published articles on experiential learning and is a major contributor to Do It and Understand...The Bottom Line on Corporate Experiential Learning. He is currently working wih publishers on a book devoted to developing multi-cultural teams. John's expertise in organisational growth, change and leaderrship have made him a popular keynote speaker. He is currently the Institute of Directors' executive coach for the North of England.
