Joeâs previous work experience includes four years as director of research and consulting services for Kelley Executive Partners (KEP), a division of Indiana Universityâs Advanced Research and Technology Institute, and the highly ranked executive education arm of the universityâs Kelley School of Business. There he was responsible for directing the groupâs research and consulting services practice, for providing direction and programming to its strategic leadership development service line, and for managing several custom clients. Â
Prior to his work at Kelley Executive Partners, Joe spent the majority of his professional career serving in a variety of capacities for large, multi-national organizations including RCA Corporation, Continental Telephone, Sprint Communications Company, and Hillenbrand Industries. He has held senior and regional level management positions in sales, marketing, operations, and client service support. He has more than 10 years experience in account management and direct sales. He has directed corporate learning and organizational development for two organizations, and served as a vice president of sales and marketing for an e-learning company.
Joe earned his BA degree from John Carroll University, in Cleveland. His professional memberships include the Institute for Independent Business and the International Society for Performance Improvement. He serves on the international committee for Reason in Practice, an organization dedicated to advancing the application of critical thinking to the everyday practice of business management. He is an advisory council member of the Marpa Center for Business and Economics and a board member of the National Academy of Integrative Learning.
