Ken has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, city and federal governments, not-for-profits, retail banking, electronics, and industry.
In addition to teaching basic physiology, biology and zoology at Indiana University-Purdue University, Ken also served on a Governor-appointed State consortium and a National Board charged with the development of technical workforce performance standards.
Ken is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the MTR-I, the Reina Model for Trust and Betrayal in the Workplaceâ¢, the Strong Interest Inventoryâ¢, FIRO_B,⢠DeBono Direct Attention Thinking Tools⢠(DATT), and the Kirton Adaptor-Innovator Inventoryâ¢. Ken's undergraduate and graduate education is in Zoology and Human Physiology. He has also done post-graduate work at the Cleveland Gestalt Institute, and the Gestalt International Study Center, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
