Accelerated Work Improvement
Using the Work-out™ improvement model, RDA facilitated client planning team efforts to identify high impact areas for change and to develop an implementation strategy with measurable (financial) results at an engineering company that designs, manufactures and services large vacuum pumps. We also helped orient the leadership team around championing the change, and provided a framework for data collection, problem/issue resolution and action planning. In addition to the tangible financial results, our client was able to develop collaborative skills and teamwork across the company.
