Executive Leadership Assimilation and Strategic Planning
When a new senior leader from outside the corporation joined the divisional executive staff of a multinational manufacturing organization, RDA was brought in to facilitate the leadership assimilation process. The group shared functional responsibilities but in an individual, non-collaborative environment. A team-building and strategic planning session helped to develop new tactics for the team to identify and replicate best practices and create a function-wide plan to meet strategic initiatives together.
