Leadership Coaching

Co-leaders of a pharmaceutical team were having significant difficulties cooperating, collaborating and co-leading. We worked with them over a period of three months in understanding the obstacles which blocked their capability to lead their team.

Our work involved individual meetings with each leader and facilitated discussions between them.  A wide-range of tools were used including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Dimensions of Leadership Profile and the Adversity Response Profile. Resulting from this work was a greater self-awareness of style, behavior and personality, its impact on leader relationships with the team and each other, and actionable steps for building upon the foundation established through this intervention.
