Leadership Development
In partnership with the University of New Hampshire’s Browne Center, we are currently working with the senior team and their direct reports of a leading company in the cellular tower industry.
Over a nine-month period, we collaborated in the design and facilitation of âLeadership Summit Iâ, âLeadership Summit IIâ and âLeadership Summit IIIâ. These Summits focused on:
- Examing and clarifying the companyâs Core Principles
- Leadership behaviors
- Creation of action teams:Â (Connecting Our Employees Coast-to-Coast; Our Core Principles; Improving the Employee Evaluation Process
- Action teams' lessons learned
- Coaching three senior leaders on effective design and facilitation
We have utilized a wide-range of stimulating, thought-provoking activities with the Summits to introduce and reinforce leadership themes including outdoor challenge courses, indoor experiential exercises, and Improv.
