Reengineering Aftermath
Shortly after a major restructuring in which 10,000 jobs were eliminated, RDA worked with the Management Team of a regional service center in a strategic planning capacity, assisting with the implementation of a new organizational structure, developing accountability for implementing a new company vision, communicating that vision to the organization, building open communications and teamwork on the Management Team and throughout the organization.
Following this project, RDA designed and delivered workshops for individual sales and service teams around addressing changes to organization/process, developing team vision, objectives and critical behaviors for success and creating the action plans/measurements for ensuring team success.
