Dr. Christopher C. Roland is Founder and Managing Principal of RDA. His professional experience includes Planning & Training Specialist at the University of New Hampshire, Lecturer at Boston University, and Organizational Development Specialist at the Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, NH. For 20+ years, Chris has worked with individuals and teams to develop and enhance trusting collaborative relationships, which increase work satisfaction and productivity.
Lenny Diamond
Mr. Lenny Diamond is Managing Principal for RDA. His leadership experience encompasses 20+ years in a variety of corporate settings including information technology, finance, investment research, portfolio management and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Lenny has orchestrated organizational climates characterized by empowerment, participation, open communication and trust with a strong sense of team and customer service orientation. His efforts lead to heightened levels of staff confidence, satisfaction, morale and productivity.
