Dimensions of Leadership Profile™
RDA's workshop is based on the Dimensions of Leadership Profile™, allowing participants to assess leadership from one of three points of view: (1) the participant as leader, (2) another person as a leader, or (3) leadership needs of a situation.
During the interactive workshop, we use a variety of experiential exercises, case studies, and simulations, giving participants opportunities to experiment and practice new techniques. Leaders learn to be more focused, productive and energized - and learn to model and transfer these skills to their work teams.
Based on client need other models and tools can be incorporated into leadership development, including DiSC Personal Profile System®, Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, Adversity Response Profileâ¢, Reina Leadership Trust Scale⢠and the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Testâ¢.
