Executive Coaching
RDA provides coaching services to professionals, managers and executives. Key leaders work with a confidential coach to determine the desired outcome. Results benefit both the individual (client) and the organization (sponsor). The process is designed to handle extremely sensitive, complicated and/or personal issues. Our coaches work closely with the client, providing support, pragmatic guidance, and expert training.
Coaching provides a thorough exploration of the client's situation and opportunities, for more informed and appropriate decisions. While the client determines goals, the preferences and/or concerns of the sponsor are fully addressed. We often use the innovative 360° Reina Leadership Trust Scale⢠(LTS) and/or the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test⢠(MSCEIT) for effective client assessments.
Typical coaching engagements can develop highly motivated leaders who become more intensely committed to their roles and responsibilities. RDA coaches can help clients with:
