The Team Effectiveness Scorecard™
The Team Effectiveness Scorecard™ (TES) is a comprehensive, reliable on-line survey instrument (45 Likert-scale items) that helps teams and their leaders gather a snapshot of their team’s strengths and weaknesses in 11 different areas.

- Overall Effectiveness
In addition, there is the opportunity for each survey taker to add his/her qualitative perceptions regarding the three most important strengths of this team, and the three greatest obstacles preventing the team from being more effective.
TES data is completely confidential, individual responses are anonymous, and it takes only 15-20 minutes to complete.
The TES is administered and analyzed by RDAâs survey expert, Dr. Dennis Devine, Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). Â
Based on the collective responses of members a customized Team Feedback Report will be provided with the following information:

- Items Rated Most Favorably
- Items Rates Least Favorably
- Scale-Level Mean Scores & Normative Means
